All software and hardware sales are final unless otherwise stated in a fully-executed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work. Service agreements may be modified or cancelled per the terms contained within the fully-executed agreement.

Shipping Timeframes

All in-stock hardware devices ship the same day if ordered before 5 PM Eastern Monday through Friday. All other products normally ship within 2-7 business days using FedEx or USPS. You will receive an email when each item leaves our warehouse. Larger or special orders may be split into multiple shipments, in which case we’ll ship items as they become available. Special order products may take longer to ship and an estimated delivery date will be provided on your quote. Software purchases may include an electronic software download link, in which case a physical item may not be sent.
